Sullivan Bille gives you wide array of what tax season is like. You get to work on different types of tax returns and different types of businesses. The staff is very friendly and it feels like family. They have an open door policy where you can go into a partner's office to ask any questions.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a mentor program to help starting off on the actual work. It was a bit hard to do on your own but once you figure it out, it becomes easier to understand and do. However, due to limited staff, it will be hard to implement such program.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions. The staff knows that you are new and inexperienced. They are there to help you and teach you about the work they do.
