I enjoyed my experience. It was nice to make sandwiches and make the customer's day. While it may have just been a part-time job, it allowed me to work on communication, stocking, and preparation skills.
What I wish was different
I had wished that we had more support during summer hours as it was quite stressful and I was unable to fulfill all tasks due to these conditions. Once the semester had started, it was much easier with coworkers and easier to complete tasks prior to the end of shifts.
Advice
It was an okay experience. Initially, it was something I wanted to continue but due to academics and the work conditions, I resigned to pursue my education instead of continuing working.

What I liked
How easy going the job was. Not a lot was required to do the job as long as I paced myself I could finish my tasks pretty early in my shift.
What I wish was different
Well my supervisor was very strict. He would time my breaks and watch over the security camera even when he was not scheduled for work. Overall was not a very reasonable worker.
Advice
Your work a job because you need to pay the bills and provide. As an employer you cant really speak up about how your supervisors treat you cause you need the money.
