I liked the flexibility they offered working with school and adjusting hours. I needed to decrease the hours I was working there because I was suffering in my classes and they were very proactive about reducing it and making sure my school work came first.
What I wish was different
The company culture is certainly lacking. There is a lot of turnover and the owner can be difficult to work with at times which makes it difficult to connect and create a very unified culture. Communication within the company also could have been better.
