What I wish was different
Nothing. The up's and downs were all a great learning experience. Nothing is every set in stone in the entertainment industry and I learned so many things I couldn't have learned anywhere else.
Advice
Unpaid internships may not sound fun but the long term pay off it worth it. Hard work pays off. Always be early or on time.
