What I liked
Friendly place to work and good mentors. I've had the opportunities to attend conferences and write manuscripts that I need for my career development. I've also been able to make collaborations with other organizations and network with scientists in my field. I'm happy with my postdoc here.
What I wish was different
Nothing unique to postdocs, the position is funded by an external grant.
