What I liked
The people of Seattle are conscious and actively engaged in both physical health and mental wellness. This attribute found in residents here is translated perfectly to my job at Strideline. Every Wednesday after work, every employee is invited and fully encouraged to attend a private workout class, paid for by the company, that is conveniently located down the road from our office building. This mildly intense workout class consists of a full body CrossFit-esque workout while combining both cardio and muscle gains for a combination that is unbeatable.
Our office is very social and talkative. Every day somebody will play music aloud on their computer to relax, but at the same time to boost morale for the whole office. At first glance, this may seem unproductive and typically taboo in the workplace, but for our office, it drastically improves productivity and efficiency with all sock related tasks. Along with random music playing during work, we also enjoy spending time with each other after hours. While working there, I was invited to various Strideline-Only functions. One of which was boating on a private vessel circling the office on an adjacent lake nearby.
