What I liked
Being in the field almost always, the mentorship, learning, and acceptance of Strand. Also, being given significant responsibilities like a full time employee and being treated as such. I din;t feel like an intern, I felt like a valued employee. Strand does an amazing job of explaining it's structure, and more importantly encouraging it's engineers to pursue any and all projects and disciplines they wish, as Strand will always help it's engineers achieve their professional goals.
