What I liked
STR is an excellent, well-ran company that makes everyone feel welcome. There is a very laid back environment that expects you to be self-motivated and get your work done. There is little intensity to get things done because most employees do their job and more without having to get pushed. The environment is extremely welcoming and friendly. The internship was a great first step into the business world and learning about how a well-run company operates.
