I thoroughly enjoyed the people I had worked with and the friendships I created with the guests that made purchases.
What I wish was different
There were lots of decisions that seemed to have no benefit to the overall company. Too many decisions were made by middle management that would seem redundant.
Advice
Expect various managers to give you different directions but do what you think benefits the company the most.
