I had the opportunity to meet professionals in the industry. I learned a lot about the business of the entertainment industry and I hadn't had the opportunity to learn this in Manhattanville College. I was able to audition for Agents and Casting Directors. Professors took time outside of class to see me acting and give me helpful notes. I was also able to learn insight about creating your own material.
What I wish was different
I wish I knew more about the industry before I went to the internship. I would've been able to get more connections with professionals from the beginning.
Advice
Work hard, people notice and it'll make you stand out. Not everyone works hard and I got congratulated many times because of my hard work and interest in helping. Get as involved as you can. Make friends with your coworkers and supervisors, it'll be beneficial in the future.
