The scheduling was a nightmare. We were consistently given our schedule with less than 48 hours notice.

Learn everything you can! Ask questions and learn downtime to understand anything you don't already know.

I wish that I would've gotten paid more.

Advice

It's a fast paced kitchen job, almost like working in a cafeteria. People are always In and out of the kitchen so patience is needed in abundance.
