The culture is very welcoming, and focuses on personal growth of interns more than anything. Not a high pressure environment. They are always looking for creative solutions and open to all ideas.
What I wish was different
It took an extended period of time to actually be hired on due to COVID-19 slowing the process down.
Advice
Be prepared to learn a lot, and fast. I often needed to teach myself new skills for projects assigned to me.
