I love this company, because they're really understanding and have really worked with me in my journey. They were always understanding of schedule conflicts due to school, and were very open which created a safe environment for me to learn more about the job.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have been paid more hourly, because I wasn't always able to work a lot of days, but if my hourly wage had been greater I could have made more, and could have supported myself better.
Advice
I would say be proactive with scheduling. When you first get the job, male sure they know about everything that you do on a weekly basis because if they know in advance then they will be understanding, but if you wait until the last minute they may be stern with you.
