The Steuben County Community Foundation, incorporated in 1991, is a nonprofit organization serving Steuben County, Indiana. Our focus is on permanent legacy building and long-term impact.
The mission of the Steuben County Community Foundation (SCCF) is to connect people who care with the needs that matter to our community. SCCF offers grant dollars to nonprofits to fund community projects. We also provide fundraising and management training to nonprofit leaders and work with donors who want to leave a charitable legacy. Our work supports nonprofits that provide food assistance, shelter, youth recreational opportunities, environmental conservation programs, healthcare, and more for the Steuben County community. In addition to funding, SCCF convenes community experts and supports collaboration to address Steuben County’s greatest needs. SCCF accomplishes this work through managing $35 million in assets, which are permanently invested to help meet the needs of Steuben County today and into the future.
