I enjoyed my time at Sterling because of the work atmosphere. Everyone their was very nice and outgoing to help the interns. I learned a lot about the industry and company.
What I wish was different
I wish I would've learned more about face to face or telephone sales. I generally only helped customers that reached out to me and didn't have to go and find new customers.
Advice
The job is great but there is a extreme learning curve. It takes awhile to get use to their software and the process of work.
