I loved the small office environment as well as the overall complexity of the work. The team was all extremely competent and the work ethic of the office was fantastic. Additionally, the work was very multi-faceted and never monotonous.
What I wish was different
The only thing that I wish might have been different is that they would have let me known earlier whether or not they would be looking to hire me at the end of the summer.
Advice
Always level your own personal network, it is undoubtedly one of your best resources and is right there for the taking.
