What I wish was different
Some of the audit work is a little bit light as they're figuring out their outsourcing volume.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions, but also make sure you try and figure it out on your own. After a couple of weeks I asked "how long should I spend on this before I ask a question?" and that was a good way for me to work with my Senior on me understanding and developing but not having my hand held throughout the whole process.
