I got to learn a lot about the fundamentals of IT as I watched my co workers answer phone calls and assist others. I helped in any way I can.
What I wish was different
I wish I had some more hands on experience such as being able to enter the storage room to get supplies when I needed them. I was only an intern, however! Still a great job!

As it is located close to Missouri S&T, I would highly suggest taking courses while also working at Steelville Manufacturing Co.
