POS/pop producer
April - August 2019 • Birmingham, AL
What I liked
I really loved the flexibility and the kind, understanding upper management of the company. They made me feel like an important employee and that I mattered to the company’s success.
What I wish was different
I wish I could’ve gotten more hours. There were a lot of other employees, and hours were occasionally hard to come by.
Advice
Make sure you enjoy doing a decent amount of repetitive labor. Producing pops was a cycle that would be repeated multiple times in a 6 hour shift and if you get bored easily or don’t have good work ethic, this isn’t the job for you.

Advice
A piece of advice I would give is to work as hard as you can because people notice when you work hard. Good things come to people who work hard. Especially when others are slacking and doing the minimum.
