I loved the experience I had at Stauffer & Associates because it was a small firm with great people. They have a fantastic culture that allowed me to learn a variety of skills in tax, audit and administration at a comfortable pace. I had no previous experience in accounting before this internship and they were completely okay and prepared for this. Everyone had great attitudes and they were always willing to take the time to teach me new skills, even in the midst of busy season. I would highly recommend applying for an internship/job at Stauffer.

If you are brand new to the world of public accounting and are unsure about what path you'd like to take, Stauffer offers the perfect internship that allows you to try both audit and tax and gain a ton of valuable skills for the workplace.

What I liked
I am so thankful for my internship at Stauffer & Associates! I found a local firm where management has similar values as I do. They took the time to teach and invest in me. I can't speak highly enough of this firm and the people who work here.

Nothing, it was a perfect internship for me.
Advice
One of my favorite things about this internship is that it was tax, audit, and administrative. It allowed me to get a feel for each sector of work. So be prepared to learn a lot.
