The work load is manageable and educational. The schedule is flexible to work around my school work and classes. The engineering department is extremely helpful and friendly when it comes to teaching me knew concepts.
What I wish was different
I was more involved with the manufacturing process of the products I was drafting for the customers. I am getting the experience now but not until they expressed interest in hiring after graduation.
Advice
Don't be afraid to talk to the other employees in the office.
