I have enjoyed the company culture that State Farm has instilled. It seems that any State Farm employee you run into has a smile on their face. Really makes it exciting to work for a company with people in good spirits.
What I wish was different
Nothing in all honestly. The ample opportunity I have had to learn and grow my skillsets while working at State Farm has truly helped me progress in my career and could not be more thankful.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is to not be afraid to ask for more work! More work equals more opportunity to learn! State farm does a great job of making sure their interns are always provided work and asking for more work shows initiative.
