I learned a lot and built my network. I increased my opportunity to get a better internship next summer. I boosted my resume. My previous employer is now a great mentor to me.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more real estate knowledge prior to doing this internship in order to understand it better.
Advice
Ask a lot of questions and follow up with everyone you meet. Do not lose contact of the employees here or the investment advisors of the company. These are great connections.
