What I liked
I enjoyed getting to work closely with the students and build relationships with them. I also loved the community that was built between myself and the other leaders.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been more organized, it occasionally felt like we were flying in the dark with little guidance.
Advice
Focus on the students, they're the reason why you're there. No matter what might frustrate you, it's worth it for them.
