Good experience in customer service, and helpful in building people skills
What I wish was different
While it helps build soft skills, it wasn’t my preferred job style. Customer service left me feeling unfulfilled in that I couldn’t use my education in it.
Advice
I think it’s helpful that people get a summer job to build basic skills and to gain experience
