This job definitely requires a good combination of customer service and patience. A lot of people who come in look to you to help them find buildings or events that might be outside of your training. It is important to pay attention of alert emails from bosses and have a general awareness of what is going on.

I wish the shifts would have been longer.
Advice
I learned a lot about the recreation and wellness workplace, and if you like interacting with people and not much diversity in your day, this would be a good job for you.
