What I wish was different
Wish there was a bit more guidance about what goals to achieve, and what I can expect to gain from the internship.
P.S. I heard HR has started workshops for interns this summer and it will likely improve the experience.
Advice
Take initiatives. Don't be afraid to reach out to coworkers and offer to help with projects, or schedule virtual coffee chats with them. You will find that people are happy to help you understand the job and grow professionally.

What I liked
I liked how integrated the office was. I was able to communicate with everyone in the office with ease. Even the managers and directors would reach out to make sure I was doing alright.
The location was pristine as well. One block away from the water and one block away from the Promenade. Literally in the heart of downtown Santa Monica.
Great leaning experience!
What I wish was different
Maybe a little bit more work to do on a daily basis. Some days were busy, others were dry. Not a consistent workflow.
