SUR has a small team that works closely together to collaboratively solve problems. It is a very friendly and safe work environment, and the work you're doing has the potential to actually make a difference in an otherwise chaotic national political environment. There were a variety of assignments that mixed up the daily routine and capitalized on my personal interests.
