What I liked

At Staff Electric, one of the best aspects of my experience was the laid back approach to allowing interns to engage in whatever field they wanted to pursue. For example, deadlines with my work were always flexible and I could have realigned my role to fit a different purpose at any time if I so pleased. They placed great emphasis on interns obtaining the best experience that they could while still producing quality, timely work.

What I wish was different

The only thing I could maybe come up with that I would've liked to have been different would be to have had the opportunity to work with more interns like me. A lot of the work I did was with adults in long term career positions which was intimidating at times.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share regarding my experience would be to not be afraid to ask questions. Having such a philosophy was a turning point for me across any job experience I've had because it not only makes the job easier but it shows your employer that you care enough to grow in your knowledge in order to do a better job.
