I liked working in an environment that is focused on teamwork. Between me and the other custodians and teachers, we all worked together to ensure that’s the kids had a clean and safe environment to learn in.
What I wish was different
I do wish that communication had been more efficient between us custodians and the other staff.
Advice
Prepare to work hard and have good time management. You’d be surprised on how little time you have within eight hours to clean up a school.

Networking is huge! Developers relationships with people you work with and take advantage when they introduce you to others!
