Such a great environment! I was nervous about going to the Tenderloin alone but the staff made me feel very safe. The security would communicate to each other that I was going across the street to the other building, so they would be expecting me. Doing simple things like helping people apply for jobs online and make emails made me feel like I was making a difference.
