What I liked

Squire is a great place to work. They really care for and want their employees to succeed. Squire offers many opportunities for staff to develop their skills, attend training, and encourage growth. I know many employees who started off in one position but were able to define their role into something they wanted to do more.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had used the positive growth environment at Squire to define my role more. Squire really advocates for their employees, so I wish that I would have been more vocal about taking on more responsibilities geared towards my specific interests and talents.

Advice

Do not be afraid to reach out. There is not a single person at Squire that will make you feel like you are wasting their time to talk to them. Collaboration is encouraged and it is hard to progress within the company (and really anywhere) without developing a positive relationship with colleagues.
