I really enjoyed the idea of working with other interns on various projects to help further improve our professional development as well as apply lessons learned in class to a practical field.
What I wish was different
I wish I had an opportunity to experience what the other departments had to offer at the SPS plant.
Advice
Always be proactive when seeking a project opportunity. There are various projects that can be picked up if you ask the right person, and if you see something of interest and want to create a project you also have the ability to do so.
