I loved how I was able to drive and enjoy the scenery. My manager was very nice and polite. He would oftentimes buy me and other employees lunch. He was very chill and understanding of personal situations. he expected us to work hard but rewarded us as well. When there was down time and it was hot outside my manager would let us do stuff inside to stay cooler. Overall The job was enjoyable and I would work there again.
What I wish was different
I wish that there wasn't as much downtime so that we could stay busy. When there was down time then my manager would sometimes try to find small tasks for us to do which could be tedious.
Advice
Make sure you lift correctly so that you don't strain your back. Make sure to not rush so that you can be safe as you perform your duties.
