What I liked
The people at Springboard are incredibly dedicated and friendly. As one of the youngest members of the team, I felt rather nervous going in, but was immediately struck by the respect and mentorship I was provided by my peers. Also, the mission of the organization is one I appreciate immensely, and the work was rewarding and fun!
What I wish was different
Nothing, really!
Advice
Always look ahead and anticipate what could go wrong or need to get done in the near future. That way you won't be blindsided when plans change on the fly!
