What I wish was different
Shorting the lists we received for the yards we had to do. I felt swamped and never felt like I could complete it.
Advice
You get to meet some really fascinating people just by having some casual small talk with customers.

What I liked
I liked that they were very flexible with you. If you had something going on or needed time off for something they were always very understanding as long as you communicated with them. Also, they made sure to train everyone really well. If I ever had a question about what I was doing there would always be someone there willing to help you out.
What I wish was different
I think that the pay should have been a little more for the long hours they want you to work and for the type of work that your doing. Other lawn care companies pay their employees around $17 an hour so I wish that the pay could have been better at Spring Touch especially with a bunch of other MNSU students working there.
Advice
To anyone who is looking for a summer job to save for school, this place is a great opportunity. They hire on MNSU students like crazy and its a great place to meet other students and build friendships while trying to save up some cash for the school year.
