It was a well-rounded experience with lots of different experiences. They are also expanding right now so they are eager for good employees. Good pay too!
What I wish was different
I wish they had structured it a bit better. I was left without a job a few times, just being tossed around. It was also extremely physically demanding (that's why I've chosen not to work there).
Advice
If you are thinking about an internship here, DO IT! Great experience, great on a resume, etc. Only some people could work there full time for an extended period of time though- it's demanding.

What I liked
I really liked rotating between the different plant related departments (stock, growing, and propagation) and see how each operated and interconnected. Its a good place to start if your not sure what you want to do in the world of horiculture. I liked the one-on-one learning from the managers and being able to complete tasks on my own.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have learned more about pest identification. I was often too busy to join in group scouting.
Advice
Ask lots of questions, learn as much as you can and the reasoning behind different jobs and operations. Its a good habit to form in any job and especially good to do here if you plan to continue in the greenhouse industry.
