What I liked

SpotHero had an amazing culture that was perfect for young, less experienced workers. Everyone was super friendly and wanted to make sure you had an amazing time. The managers want you to get real-world experience and other departments are willing to meet and give you projects if you're not sure what your end career goal is.

What I wish was different

Not too much. It would have been nice if the pay was a little higher but otherwise I have no real criticisms.

Advice

If you are capable of working hard without lots of oversight and enjoy working in teams this is a great job. Definitely the best job I've ever had and if you show up open to learning and meeting new people you'll have an amazing time.
