What I liked
The work culture at Spot has set a high standard for what a company should feel like to me. The people were welcoming, efficient, patient, and simply fun to work with. I appreciated the flexibility in schedule that I had, since I was balancing many things all at once.
I also loved the position I was in. As a producer I was able to shadow all of the lead producers at Spot. This was nice because I could really focus on one aspect of the production team, versus at school I'm covering all of the bases (camera, editing, producer). This was a great way to get an immersive experience on solely producing.
