What I liked

Working at Sponge-Jet has been the best work experience I've had. Not only do they have a great work environment, but I've learned so much in my time here. They listen to your wants and needs and do everything they can to accommodate those, so you can leave each day feeling fulfilled. It's a very rewarding company to work for, and I highly recommend it. I look forward to continuing with my time here!

I would recommend going in with an open mind, as you will have the opportunity to try many different things that will give you great experience!

What I liked

The work environment was great. Everyone at the company is very friendly and hard work is rewarded. Also, being at a smaller company allowed me to see every aspect of the process of putting out products, from research and development to manufacturing.

What I wish was different

Advice

I think that it is important to be open to trying different things. Having the opportunity to learn how the equipment works from hands on experience was invaluable when I got into the design process.
