What I liked
I was an intern here four months while simultaneously enrolled in college courses.
SPN Construction has great staff who are genuinely concerned about teaching you skills for your career. My boss completely understood that I had schoolwork to do that was a priority sometimes, and gave me some time off accordingly. I Always felt like I had people do go to if I needed help, but at the same time I was pushed into new uncomfortable situations to learn new skills.
Also, If you do an internship here, expect to have your ideas taken seriously. There are bi-weekly growth strategy meetings were you can pitch your own ideas and give input on the ideas of other people at the company. If you've got something to say, everyone is all ears. Even the president, Saverio (who is a GREAT guy) is eager to hear the intern's input on things.
Overall a great place to learn some new skills for college graduates.
