Just do what you’re most comfortable with, rules are lax as long as you do the little required work.

What I liked
Tips were great and hours were great, it was an open to close shift but we opened the bar at 11 and closed when the park closed (usually 6)
What I wish was different
I was able to accept cash tips last summer but this summer I wasn’t, so I do wish I was able to accept cash tips this summer but unfortunately the park went cashless
Advice
You need tough skin and know how to keep yourself calm and collected working in a bar at a children's water park. There are a lot of parents who expect to drink all day but don’t bring their ID’s but our policy is we need to see everyone’s ID and when adults who are there with their kids are denied alcohol they get crazy
