What I wish was different
Could use a far better office. Being paid would be nice. Also the technology stack is a little antiquated (Drupal, PHP). Return offer of $40,000 annually is not competitive with other companies.
Advice
It is good if you would like to see what web development is like OR you really like PHP and Drupal.
