I don't have to clock out for breaks, and it was a calmer environment as opposed to a job in sales.

High volume of patients, and patients not being understanding of situations when we are trying to provide them useful information.

Advice

Communication skills really have to be at an upmost high, and you need patience to work in a environment like this.
