What I liked

Loved the team I worked with. Great, fun people that really took the time to include me as a part of the group. Everyone was extremely helpful in teaching me about different parts of the industry and how to be a better designer. I also loved how spin master takes risks with new IPs. They don’t just stick to what makes money, they put effort into finding the next big thing.

What I wish was different

Wish I could have been able to have the full in-office experience with other staff, but I was able to get plenty of it so it wasn’t too bad!

Advice

Be open minded and ready to work with other people and teams. Try to remember that you’re not always designing for yourself but rather for other people/kids with other interests that must be considered.
