Working with children who need guidance with behavioral support in the classroom. I liked the leadership of classrooms while assisting teachers.

What I wish was different

More collaboration in the classroom between teachers, increase one on one support for children in need.

It's a rewarding experience that teaches anyone to understand child development and also how to support children.
