My internship at Speedwagon Capital Partners was the best introduction to private equity I have heard of. I got plenty of hands-on experience with private companies that made local headlines. It is a very valuable experience that will teach you the hard and soft skills needed to succeed at the associate level. Steve Khoshabe let me participate directly in the leadership committee meetings and learn about the business at the most senior level. I highly recommend this position to anyone interested in private equity.
