I enjoyed learning about the production process of signage and installation. Seeing different styles of leadership that are in the shop and how relations with clients and distributers are kept and managed was a great learning experience.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the opportunity to gain experience in how to be more independent with certain tasks, and how to operate some machinery.
Advice
Everyone should have the opportunity to experience what production consists of, it is a useful thing to know.
