What I liked
Interning at SPEDxchange was one of the most rewarding experiences of my undergraduate career! I was able to learn so much about recruiting and further develop my skills as a young HR professional. John, Danielle, and everyone else on the team is so welcoming, and they made me feel like I was a contributing part of the team even though I was still considered an intern. Even though I completed this internship remotely, I was still able to actively communicate with the team and they helped to make all employees feel socially connected. I would highly recommend to any undergraduate student to consider interning at SPEDxchange because of how rewarding the experience has been for me!
