I loved working with my boss, she was very flexible and friendly. She listened to my opinions and asked for my advice. She was willing to work with my schedule and come in when I could.

Nothing, I really enjoyed this opportunity!
Advice
Don't be afraid to offer your own advice and do things that you are not comfortable with. For example, I had to make "cold calls" to local businesses to find sponsors for events. It was uncomfortable but a very good experience and ended up going very well!
